Do you ship worldwide and how much does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer all customers national shipping (free for orders over €40) and international shipping (free for orders over €80) with tracking.
In other cases, the shipping cost is:

€3.00 for shipments within Italy.

€11.90 for International shipments.
Processing Times
Orders can take up to a maximum of 3 business days to be processed after the order is placed, before shipping. We do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my order's tracking code?
When your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic system notification via email that provides you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one, or if the tracking number is not working, don't worry. Contact us and we will fix it!

What are the shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times (Europe): 2 business days *Shipping times to islands may be longer.
Unforeseen Delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times indicated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing, which we cannot control.
Please contact us if your package takes too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
